Associate Attorney - Litigation and Arbitration - Renewable Energy Insurance - New York

Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience to join their New York office. The successful candidate will work with a team of highly skilled litigators handling complex insurance and commercial disputes, including renewable energy insurance, first-party property, marine, and product liability cases.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and provide support for appeals and trials
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Work on all aspects of pretrial to trial
- Correspond with colleagues and clients

Education and Experience Required:

- Admitted to practice in New York
- 5+ years of litigation experience

Skills and Abilities Required:

- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Quick problem-solving abilities

The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $215,000 and includes benefits such as student loan reimbursement, medical and dental insurance, 401K contributions, and flexible time off.
