EEO Special Counsel: Experienced Employment Defense Attorney Opportunity with Law Firm
Position Summary:
- Seeking experienced employment defense attorney to join EEO Advantage Administrative Charges team as Special Counsel attorney
- Responsibilities include handling administrative charges before federal, state, and local agencies, client interaction, and preparation of persuasive position statements
- Flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time position
- No billable hour requirement
- Must have extensive experience preparing position statements at large law firm or in-house practice
- Writing sample required, preferably a redacted position statement
- Remote position, but candidate must reside in state where firm has physical office
- Commitment to diversity and encouraging diverse candidates to apply
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Must reside in and be licensed to practice law in state of employment
- 10+ years of recent experience preparing position statements required
- Significant management-side labor & employment experience required
- Strong analytical and writing skills
Benefits:
- Expected salary range between $1,250 and $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors

Salary Information:
- Colorado: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- New York: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- California: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Washington: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Washington, DC: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Baltimore, Maryland: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Illinois: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Massachusetts: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- Minnesota: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
- New Jersey: $1,250 - $1,250 per completed Position Statement
Experience Requirements:
