Job Title: Senior Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead paralegal for assigned caseload, maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Monitor and document the progress of medical treatments related to personal injury cases.
- Draft and organize detailed demand packages for cases.
- Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters within authorized ranges.
- Mentor and oversee assigned Legal Assistant support on cases.
- Maintain meticulous case files and ensure all deadlines are met.

Education and Experience Information:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in personal injury pre-litigation is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with NEOS case management software is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
- The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
