Internship Applications for the Spring Session at the New Jersey Division of Law are now open! This is a great opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in various legal areas while being mentored by experienced Deputy and Assistant Attorneys General. The program offers a full range of law clerk responsibilities, including research and writing, as well as the chance to attend court proceedings, meetings with clients, and other special events.

Application Process:
- Interested law students can submit their Internship Application, resume, legal writing sample, and most recent grade report to the appropriate recruiter listed above.
- Interviews and offers for positions in the program are conducted on a rolling basis.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Assigned to one of the Division's sections, supervised by a Deputy Attorney General, with overall supervision by an Assistant Attorney General.
- Perform a full range of law clerk responsibilities, including research and writing.
- Observe a wide range of lawyering activity.
- Attend court proceedings, meetings with clients, depositions, and other special events.
- Eligible to participate in training sessions offered to Deputy Attorneys General throughout the year.
