Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of appeals at all levels, including the . Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeals
- Collaborate with a team of experienced appellate attorneys, including former Supreme Court and court of appeals clerks and leaders in the legal non-profit sector
- Participate in a market-leading "appellate eyes at trial" practice, focusing on key motions and issue preservation at the trial court level
Qualifications:
- Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a judicial clerk, preferably for a federal or state appellate court
- Completed JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Highly motivated and proactive

Compensation and Benefits:
