Complex Litigation Paralegal Duties: Drafting of discovery and pleadings, review of long and complex court dockets, investigation of relevant industries where we litigate, review and organization of medical histories and discovery materials, and preparation and support for depositions and trial. Highly important within this role is providing excellent service for our clients includes everything from being the first point of contact if they have any questions, and providing updates on their cases. Other typical paralegal duties are included, such as tracking cases, moving them forward in the process and monitoring them, tracking projects, and maintaining files.
Qualifications: Should have 5 years of relevant experience required. Mostly in litigation, though relevant experience in other law practice settings, medical, and business administration will be considered. Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy. High level of academic success, particularly in a pre-law, pre-medical, or business course of study, is strongly desired.
