Job Title: CMBS Practice Associate
Salary: $295,000+ annually, dependent on experience and qualifications
Experience Level: 5+ years in commercial real estate finance litigation and related transactions

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate finance litigation and a demonstrated interest in focusing on that area of law. The firm is also open to candidates with bankruptcy litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee teams and lead various projects, including litigation document management, filings, and other tasks
- Draft complex motions and related processes, such as preparing ancillary filings and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules
- Assist with trial preparation
- Possibility for hybrid work schedule
Qualifications:
- Stellar academic record
- Bar admission in office of practice
- Excellent drafting, communication, and supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently
