Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join its busy Land Use & Zoning Practice. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of relevant experience in land use & zoning and commercial real estate, with superior analytical skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Description

• Advise clients on land use & zoning issues and other related matters


• Negotiate and prepare land use & zoning agreements


• Conduct research and analysis on land use & zoning matters


• Represent clients in land use & zoning hearings and appeals


• Attend meetings with local government officials and other stakeholders


• Review and analyze land use & zoning ordinances and other local regulations


• Provide legal advice on land use & zoning issues


• Prepare and file applications for zoning relief

Qualifications

• . degree from an accredited law school


• 4-8 years of relevant experience in land use & zoning and commercial real estate


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong written and oral communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Familiarity with local government processes and procedures

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
