Mentor Program
All summer associates are assigned a mentor, who is an associate in the firm. Your mentor will be available to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the summer, as well as answer any questions you may have about the firm, our culture, and the practice of law.
Compensation and Benefits
Saul Ewing offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package to our summer associates. Our 2025 summer associates will receive a weekly salary of $3,500, with a total of $14,000 for the 8-week program.
Our summer associates also receive full medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as a transportation stipend. In addition, summer associates are eligible for a $10,000 signing bonus upon accepting a full-time offer to join the firm after graduation.
