Barnes & Thornburg, a leading law firm in South Bend, is currently seeking an experienced Patent Agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This position will involve preparing and prosecuting patent applications and requires a strong understanding of patent law and filing procedures.
Requirements:
- Registered to practice with the . Patent and Trademark Office
- Master's degree or . in a chemical or pharmaceutical-related science highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree with substantial chemical or pharmaceutical-related industrial experience will also be considered
- Proficiency in organic chemistry
- Excellent academic achievement and good character
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
