Job Title: Immigration Paralegal (Business Immigration Focus)

Job Responsibilities:
The Immigration Paralegal with a focus on Business Immigration is responsible for a variety of tasks centered around supporting the legal processes related to business immigration. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing filings with the . Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies.
- Communicating effectively with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless case management.
- Completing necessary forms and gathering facts and evidence to support clients' immigration applications.
- Maintaining high-level attention to detail and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilizing strong PERM (Program Electronic Review Management) experience to support client needs.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office products and preferably INSZoom.
- Staying organized and managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Immigration Paralegal position should have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in business immigration.
- A Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate is considered advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, along with superior written and oral communication abilities.
- A proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Immigration Paralegal position at the time of posting is between and per hour, based on a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
