In this role, the Hearing Representative will be responsible for representing employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in unemployment or administrative hearings and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while remaining knowledgeable about state-specific laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent employer clients in unemployment compensation hearings
- Analyze individual case information and prepare strategies for hearings
- Prepare client witnesses for hearing proceedings
- Document all communication with client witnesses

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or in person
- Knowledge of state regulations and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

- Attorney or ., legal education or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
