Summary:

Law firm Cooley is seeking an Audit Letter Analyst to join their Risk & Compliance team in Washington DC, New York, Chicago, Boston, or Reston. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $72,800 - $97,760 annually. The Analyst will be responsible for responding to and monitoring audit letter requests for the firm's clients, ensuring compliance with ABA guidelines and firm policies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in audit letter responses and strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Position Responsibilities:

- Review incoming audit letter requests for compliance with ABA guidelines and firm policies.
- Conduct attorney polls and track responses and disclosures.
- Draft audit letter responses for attorney review.
- Coordinate delivery of responses to auditors.
- Assist with annual training of audit letter responses for attorneys.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of billable and non-billable time.
- Collaborate with Audit Letter Committee to update policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in audit letter responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other firm applications.
- Available for overtime as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High level of professionalism.
