Job Title: Workers' Compensation Paralegal - Personal Injury Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage workers’ compensation files from initial intake through settlement or hearing.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and hearing requests.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
- Monitor deadlines, file documents with the SBWC, and assist in trial preparation.
- Navigate medical records, wage statements, and benefit calculations.

Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in workers’ compensation law is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Comfort in managing a large caseload with deadlines is essential.

Salary Information:
- Pay range is from $40, to $60, per year, commensurate with experience.
