Job Title: Bankruptcy Processor
Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to clients.
- Engage in communication and follow-up with clients to acquire necessary information.
- Review and update client systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support to attorneys in managing their workload and responsibilities.
Education and Experience Information:
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in bankruptcy or mortgage servicing is preferred but not required.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors' Attorneys.
- Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage, is essential.
- Candidates must be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective job performance.
