Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years of experience in trial work. Must have a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. Must be advanced in managing litigation support systems and programs. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and complete them timely. Knowledge of both user and administrative functions with litigation software applications which include, but not limited to Sanctions, and other data base building software is needed. Should be able to do research, prepare summaries, draft discovery documents, set up depositions and other tasks related to trial preparation. Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
