Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will interact with Immigration and Business Clients in English and Chinese. File documents with government agencies and local courts. Practice procedural and processing requirements for various types of employment-based non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1A, EB-1, EB-2, PERM) and immigrant (I-130, I-485) visa petitions and applications. Conduct research to support case and other job-related duties as assigned. Draft petitions, applications, RFE responses, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Draft contracts and leases for business clients. Must have a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of Paralegal experience.
