Are you an experienced immigration attorney looking to join a top law firm? Look no further than CSG Law's Immigration Practice Group. We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-5 years of experience in business immigration matters. This position can be fully remote or hybrid, with the option to work from our New York or New Jersey office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle matters related to business immigration, including EB-1, PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-1 and E-2, O-1, and EB-5
- Work in a high-volume practice group and manage case load with excellent organizational skills
- Proofread and edit legal documents with attention to detail
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment-based immigration as a licensed attorney
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Salary Information:

- Anticipated initial annual salary range: $140,000 - $190,000
- Actual base salary offered may depend on qualifications, experience, and location
