Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit applications/forms to USCIS
- File documents with Immigration Court
- Update client information in database
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with case management and other tasks
- Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Immigration Court and USCIS procedures
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year experience in immigration paralegal or similar position preferred
