Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions with a focus on drafting and reviewing real estate forms and documents.
- Handle entity formation and oversee Secretary of State filings.
- Maintain checklists and manage project timelines effectively.
- Review and analyze title and survey documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage communications and interactions with title companies to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Handle UCC filings, zoning reports, and other due diligence matters to ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Assist in the closing of complex real estate transactions, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are fulfilled.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain high standards in communication, problem-solving, and organizational tasks.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have between 5 to 10+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in managing transactions and drafting real estate-related documents is required.
- Experience in entity formation and handling Secretary of State filings is essential.
- Strong project management skills are necessary, including the ability to maintain and manage checklists.
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents is required.
- Prior experience managing interactions with title companies is necessary.
- Knowledge of UCC filings, zoning reports, and other due diligence matters is required.
- Experience in assisting with the closing of complex real estate transactions is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000, which is commensurate with experience.
- The law firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health and life insurance, a 401k/Roth plan, and paid time off.
