Job Responsibilities:
The Office Services Assistant is tasked with utilizing general office skills to support the daily operations and maintain the overall functionality of the mail processing department. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and delivering incoming and outgoing daily mail.
- Scanning and uploading documents into case management systems.
- Keeping the mail room neat and organized.
- Assisting other Office Services staff members when needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Lifting items weighing 30+ lbs.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma is required.
- No prior experience is necessary for this position.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in various software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Additionally, they should possess:

Salary Information:
