Law Firm in Georgia is seeking a highly organized and professional Precloser to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in Preclosing with a title company or law firm, preferably in Georgia.

Job Title: Precloser
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers throughout closing transactions
- Coordinate with parties and vendors to ensure timely closing in accordance with contract dates
- Receive contracts and open files with appropriate client team
- Order title examination and municipal lien searches
- Confirm contact information of all parties in Firm software
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with all parties to request necessary documents related to contract, title, and financing
- Verify accuracy and consistency of documents received for closing
- Work closely with Attorneys on title clearance issues
- Order payoffs and estoppel letters with good through dates past the closing date
- Ensure accuracy of title commitment and submit to lenders
- Coordinate closing appointments with all parties involved
- Answer questions regarding closing process requirements
- Generate Firm documents for buyers and sellers prior to closing
- Other tasks as directed by manager or managing attorney

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of Preclosing experience with a title company or law firm in Georgia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Firm software and other computer programs
