Paralegal The candidate will draft legal documents such as estate documents, divorce documents, and basic court filings. Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel by email, phone, and in-person. Prepare and organize court materials for hearings or multi-day trials. Handle new client intake and basic consultations over the phone. Maintain virtual and physical case materials. Mail outgoing correspondence and court filings. Manage basic billing and payment tracking. Scan and sort incoming mail. Should preferably have 1-2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience. Client interaction and/or customer service experience is needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace is needed.
