As a Litigation Attorney in our workers' compensation department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of litigation. Our firm offers a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home for a portion of your workweek. This provides a balance of flexibility and in-office collaboration, creating a positive work environment.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited Law School and be admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Position: Litigation Attorney (Workers' Compensation)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation in workers' compensation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend hearings and argue on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with team members and clients

Requirements:
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- 0-5 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
