Law Firm, a leading law firm in Henderson & Summerlin, is seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in business transactional law and business litigation. As a Business Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing consulting services related to entity selection and structuring, tax matters, partnership and employment, and client specifications. You will also assist clients with acquisitions and sales of businesses and assets, as well as succession planning. In addition, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance for our clients.

Day-to-day activities include drafting and negotiating legal documents such as employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, service agreements, and joint venture agreements. You will also work on business-related contracts like buy/sell agreements, stockholder agreements, and management agreements. Additionally, you will assist clients with real estate transactions by negotiating and structuring deals, as well as drafting commercial and residential leases.

To be successful in this role, you must have a . degree from an accredited law school and at least three years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services. You must also have outstanding time management skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a CPA or . in taxation or relevant experience is preferred.
