Job Title: Compliance Analyst/Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud, and hardship claims, including the initial review.
- Enter information into the law firm's system of record, monitor status, and ensure timely resolution based on the law firm and client directives and requirements.
- Monitor for compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or audit role is preferred.
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in collections or the financial industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
