Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on active litigation and contribute to firm-wide strategy.
- Represent a diverse clientele including government agencies, community-based organizations, and faith-based institutions such as churches and non-profit corporations.

Education and Experience Information:
- Admission to practice in New York State (or eligible for prompt admission).
- 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred, though well-qualified recent graduates will be considered.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with independence, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:
- Active involvement in nonprofit or community organizations and a spirit of service in legal work.
- Familiarity with or interest in representing faith-based communities.
- Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and civic engagement.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $105,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
