The Associate Attorney will work in various litigation practice groups such as business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, and construction defect. Junior associates will have the opportunity to explore different practice groups and mid-level associates can move into dedicated practice groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and cultural fit, excellent references, and a record of job stability. They must also be a member of the Texas bar in good standing. Relevant experience is preferred but not required. KF offers a competitive base compensation of $115,000 - $170,000 for 1800 hours plus an additional guaranteed bonus of up to $40,000 based on hours billed.
