Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals across various legal practice areas.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize client and case files, both electronic and physical.
- Communicate professionally and confidentially with clients and external contacts.
- Assist with time entry, billing, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments to support workflow and case management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of law firm policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:

Additional Information:
