Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel *Remote*
Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing general legal services and managing specific projects under the guidance of a Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel within the organization. The role involves offering legal advice, consultation, policy analysis, and interpretations of various areas of law and policy. The Associate Corporate Counsel is expected to conduct research and analysis to provide policy recommendations, prepare written opinions, and offer guidance for executive management teams and other internal clients. Additionally, the role includes drafting and reviewing contracts, particularly those related to physician and vendor agreements. The Associate Corporate Counsel is required to stay updated on opinions, orders, decisions, and developments related to hospital and physician legal requirements and other relevant matters. The ability to work effectively within a team setting is essential.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school or its equivalent. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related field, which could be from a private law firm, in-house legal setting, or public/regulatory organization. Within one year of hire, the candidate must be admitted to the bar in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Texas, New Mexico, or Montana. It is noted that the individual may reside outside these seven states.

- Washington (Western - Except Tukwila): Minimum , Maximum

Additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
