Duties:

• Prepare legal pleadings, substantive motions, and memoranda for both state and federal court filings

• Handle courtroom appearances, including motion arguments, arbitration, mediation, and trials

• Conduct depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses

• Manage discovery processes and file relevant procedural motions

• Maintain direct client contact to provide timely updates and legal guidance

• Investigate claims related to harassment and workplace discrimination

• Deliver anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training to employees of public entities

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (must be in good standing)

• Proven experience in civil litigation and court procedure

• Solid grasp of New Jersey Court Rules and Rules of Evidence

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple caseloads with a detail-oriented mindset

• Strong advocacy, interpersonal, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (required)

• Federal Court admission (preferred)
