Job Title: Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Office and Attorney Calendars:
- Review attorney calendars weekly and send reminders regarding upcoming deadlines.
- Ensure all deadlines are met.
- Create and send calendar invites as requested.
- Document Management and Drafting:
- Prepare shells for various documents and finalize documents before filing.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records and help maintain case files.
- E-Filing:
- File legal documents electronically with courts and other external bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all filing requirements.
- Expense and Bar/CLE Management:
- Submit attorney expenses in a timely manner.
- Maintain attorney bar admissions, CLE credits, and various professional association memberships.
- Meeting and Trial Preparation:
- Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, trials, and other meetings.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of legal assistant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.
- Must be able to think critically and independently tackle new challenges.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $75, to $100, annually.

- The position offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days in the office, with the option to work in the office more often.
