Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, coupled with excellent academic credentials. While experience in insurance coverage or bad faith claims handling matters is advantageous, bar admissions in Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, and/or Rhode Island are considered a plus. The candidate should have an active Massachusetts bar admission or the ability to obtain admission quickly.
