Summary:
The law firm is seeking multiple Senior Conflicts Attorneys to assist with clearing conflicts related to new business intake. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected firm and have an immediate impact. The position can be based in any of the firm's . offices and will involve periodic in-person presence for team building events and meetings. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of legal experience, including 5 years of experience identifying and clearing conflicts of interest, and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and . bar admission.
Responsibilities:
- Use conflicts knowledge to establish a full clearance process
- Process intake of new clients and matters
- Perform conflicts checks and resolve potential conflicts of interest
- Obtain due diligence for new clients and matters
- Draft waiver letters to clear conflicts
- Advise attorneys on professional conduct rules
- Communicate firm policies and procedures related to conflicts of interest
- Monitor changes in ethics rules and case law
- Assist with maintaining ethical walls and legal screens
- Special projects and duties as assigned

- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment

- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of conflicts of interest principles
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with a large law firm
- Juris Doctorate and . bar admission
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage

- District of Columbia: $149,800k - $224,600k/yr
- New York State: $130,200k - $234,500k/yr
- New York City: $156,300k - $234,500k/yr
- Colorado: $136,700k - $205,100k/yr
- California: $149,800k - $244,200k/yr
