Job Title: Senior Associate or Counsel – Commercial Real Estate/Leasing
Location: Boston, Connecticut or New York
Salary: $185,000-$230,000 base pay range
Experience: 5-10 years

The firm has office locations in Boston, Connecticut, and New York. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters. This role will focus primarily on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases
• Advise on acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
• Review and negotiate franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers
• Assist with asset acquisition and general corporate tasks
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on commercial leasing
• Strong academic credentials
• Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Admission to the bar in the respective state
Salary and Benefits:
