Job Responsibilities:
The Personal Injury Case Manager at the law firm is responsible for managing the entire client journey from the initial consultation to the successful resolution of their case. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring that every aspect of their case is handled with precision and care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a positive first impression for clients, whether in person or over the phone.
- Supporting new client onboarding by gathering necessary information with empathy and attention to detail.
- Managing personal injury case files from initial sign-up through the demand and settlement or litigation phases.
- Maintaining client satisfaction by keeping them updated and assisting them with all matters related to their case.
- Upholding practice and client confidentiality.
- Communicating professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather pertinent information.
- Keeping case files organized and updated in the case management system.
