Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be a part of a growing law firm recognized as a powerhouse in plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation. The firm handles a robust caseload in federal and state courts, engaging in the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions. These actions involve wage-and-hour issues, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters. The Associate Attorney will work on cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across various industries. The firm has a history of recovering millions of dollars on behalf of employees and consumers in California. The role offers an opportunity for significant exposure and experience in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy, court appearances, motion practice, and depositions.
- Participating in class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation.
- Traveling occasionally as required by the caseload and court appearances.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must meet the following hiring criteria:
- Must be licensed to practice law in California or New York City, or be licensed in another . jurisdiction with pending admission to the California or NYC Bar.
- Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Experience with discovery in civil litigation, oral advocacy, court appearances, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions is required.
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
The position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, DOE (Depending on Experience), and DOQ (Depending on Qualifications). The annual salary range is $130, to $170,.
