Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all tax matters
• Consult and advise on a variety of complex tax issues, including income tax accounting and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to offer business solutions and grow existing business
• Actively network and build relationships with potential customers and external organizations to attract new business
• Recruit, develop, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the department
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law; Master's degree in Tax/LLM in Tax preferred
• CPA certification required
• 7+ years of recent accounting firm experience
• Experience with . international information reporting a plus
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Proficiency in corporate tax accounting and ASC 740 preferred
• Familiarity with tax software and technology
• Commitment to continuous learning and ability to multitask
