Job Title: Product Mgmt/Strategy Snr Director-ProdDev

Job Responsibilities:
The Product Mgmt/Strategy Snr Director-ProdDev will play a pivotal role in driving the development of Company Health's AI Framework & Platform, while also shaping the interoperability and semantic data platform strategy. This leadership role requires a deep expertise in building intelligent, agentic platforms within the healthcare industry, with a focus on setting industry standards and promoting responsible AI adoption. The responsibilities include:

- AI Framework Leadership:
- Own the strategy and execution of Company Health’s AI Agent Framework, facilitating reusable services such as note generation, coding, order suggestions, and care recommendations.
- Guide the development and governance of LLM-based agentic workflows integrated into the next-generation EHR.
- Oversee the roadmap for common agent orchestration, reuse, and context-awareness powered by semantic data.

- Interoperability and Semantic Platform Strategy:
- Define and evolve the semantic data layer that supports clinical and operational applications.
- Utilize deep expertise in interoperability (FHIR, federated learning, health information exchange QHIN) to build a scalable, standards-aligned semantic ingestion and indexing layer.
- Shape the design and application of a healthcare-specific semantic knowledge graph, integrating clinical ontologies, lab data, patient communications, and longitudinal health records.
- Ensure the platform supports dynamic care planning and AI model explainability through rich, structured semantic context.

- Industry and Regulatory Engagement:
- Represent Company Health in AI regulatory discussions, standards development organizations (., HL7, ONC, FDA), and public-private partnerships focused on the safe and effective use of AI in healthcare.
- Lead the company's involvement in evolving industry practices for AI transparency, model governance, and clinical safety validation.

- Cross-Functional Product Leadership:
- Collaborate with engineering, policy, UX, and clinical strategy teams to deliver aligned platform capabilities.
- Guide product managers in defining and building AI services that are interoperable, scalable, and grounded in clinical context.

Education and Experience Information:
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, including leadership roles in platform, AI, or interoperability domains.
- Proven experience in building or managing health-specific semantic knowledge graphs and data platforms (., federated learning, FHIR APIs, clinical ontologies).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standard-setting bodies in healthcare AI and data exchange.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance product teams and deliver platform capabilities across complex stakeholder environments.
- JD, MPH, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Salary Information:
- The hiring range in the United States is from $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. The position may be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
- Company maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as to reflect the company's diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors as well as internal peer equity.

- This position does not require a security clearance.
- Visa or work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- The role is classified at Career Level M5.
- Required skills include AI and GenAI.
