The candidate should ideally have 3+ years of experience. Should have experience with creditors' rights, bankruptcy, workouts, and restructurings. Experience with all aspects of litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections, is strongly preferred. Must have an excellent academic record. Should have an active Bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which one is applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Note: The position has the possibility of a reduced billable-hour requirement and a flexible schedule.
