Join our team at Hirschler, a leading law firm in Richmond, as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team and assist in all aspects of complex real estate transactions. If you have previous paralegal experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to client service, we want you to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage complex real estate transactions, including loan closings and supporting attorneys as needed
- Manage due diligence activities and create checklists
- Assist in preparing real estate documents and exhibits, as well as closing coordination
- Analyze title documents and legal descriptions, prepare summaries, and recommend changes to title exceptions
- Address post-closing matters and oversee preparation of closing binders

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of previous paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions
- College degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various individuals and organizations
- Commitment to client service and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
