Job Title: Criminal Defense Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on their legal rights in criminal matters and draft legal documents related to their cases.
- Attend pretrial hearings on behalf of clients and provide strategic advice after each hearing.
- Manage court appearances, trials, draft motions, interview witnesses, and conduct legal research.
- Analyze probable case outcomes using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Manage a workload of cases efficiently.
- Provide clients with legal analysis to determine potential case benefits.
- Gather additional evidence to support client's cases or counter prosecution charges.
- Prepare clients for depositions, establish essential case strategy goals, and collect information from witnesses and experts to support clients' positions.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Criminal Defense.
- Experience in handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
- Must be a team player open to collaborating and strategizing with fellow associates.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
- Possess interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
