Job Title: Senior Criminal Defense Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on their legal rights in various matters and draft legal documents relevant to their cases.
- Attend pretrial hearings on behalf of clients and provide strategic advice following each hearing.
- Manage court appearances, trials, draft motions, interview witnesses, and perform legal research.
- Analyze probable outcomes of cases utilizing knowledge of legal precedents.
- Manage a caseload efficiently.
- Provide legal analysis for clients to assess possible case benefits.
- Gather additional evidence to support clients' cases or counter prosecution charges.
- Prepare clients for depositions; determine essential case strategy goals and gather information from witnesses and key experts supporting clients' positions.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Criminal Defense is required.
- Experience in handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
- Must be a team player willing to assist, strategize, and collaborate with fellow associates.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possess interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
