Job Title: Senior Paralegal - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate real estate transactions, including due diligence, closing, and post-closing activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of documents related to international M&A contracts, title clearing instruments, and closing documents.
- Review and analyze ground and tenant leases and contracts to identify possible issues within the specific terms for estoppel preparation.
- Review, analyze, and organize due diligence materials.
- Maintain an up-to-date deal tracker with current statuses.
- Correspond with third-party vendors to obtain additional information.
- Follow up with sellers, ground lessors, tenants, vendors, customers, and outside counsel on various legal matters.
- Coordinate the dissemination of documents to various departments within the company.
- Prepare letters, memos, and reports.
- Maintain transaction files by ensuring items are filed correctly in online data folders and ensure files are complete.
- Frequently communicate and collaborate with senior management as needed to accomplish tasks.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is preferred.
- An Associate's Degree is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5-10 years of real estate paralegal experience is required.
- Previous telecommunications and supervisory experience is preferred.
- Certified Paralegal designation is preferred.
