Job Title: Finance Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders, including investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other providers of debt financing, in complex financial transactions.
- Represent borrowers, such as private equity sponsors, in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Work on sponsor or lender side finance matters, providing legal support and advice in the negotiation and drafting of finance agreements and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the law firm to ensure comprehensive legal service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed counsel to clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have mid-senior level experience at a peer firm, specifically in representing lenders and/or borrowers in finance transactions.
- Experience in handling sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, and special situations is required.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $250,000 and $370,000.

Note: This position allows for flexibility in location, with opportunities to sit in New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
