Proskauer, a top global law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conflicts Attorney to join our team. As a Conflicts Attorney at Proskauer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling conflicts of interest related to incoming legal personnel and new client matters. You will work closely with the Director of Conflict Services, Associate General Counsel, and General Counsel to ensure compliance with ethical rules and regulations. This role also involves creating and maintaining conflict waivers and reviewing client Outside Counsel Guidelines.

We are looking for a candidate with a JD from an accredited institution and admission to a state bar, as well as at least two years of experience in a Conflicts Department at a major law firm or financial institution. Strong knowledge of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the ability to analyze and reconcile conflicts of interest are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors, including experience and qualifications.
