Position Summary
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to perform interesting and substantive work to support our attorneys in state and federal court cases and administrative matters. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule and no required travel. We also provide access to professional development training programs to help you advance in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support attorneys
- Summarize complex legal documents
- Maintain and organize case files
- Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts
- Draft various legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with document collection, review, and production
- Provide support for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with witnesses and coordinate with docketing team
- Record and bill time in a timely manner
Requirements
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in labor/employment litigation
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software
