Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be motivated, and highly organized and must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. 3-5 years of Real Estate experience which should include Commercial Closings, Title Insurance, reviewing and preparing commitments/ policies from abstract title documents, updating the title and recording documents, ordering and reviewing UCC and judgment searches as well as knowledge of Real Estate Trust Accounts. Ability to work with multiple attorneys. Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to handle a large workload. Also, SoftPro Select experience is a plus. Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field. Should have Bachelors or better in Paralegal Studies.
