Epstein Becker Green, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced M&A/transactional tax attorney to join our Tax practice group as a mid-level associate. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in federal transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, and entity formation. The position is available in multiple office locations, including Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Newark, Pittsburgh, Portland, Princeton, Tampa, or Washington .
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in federal transactional tax matters
- Experience with drafting and negotiating partnership agreements is a plus
- Juris doctorate degree required
- Admission to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions is mandatory: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Washington, DC
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Expected salary range: $175,000 to $275,000
