- Current, active license to practice law in New Jersey.
- Dual licensure in NY or PA is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil litigation.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work.
- Willingness to take ownership of projects and work within a team structure.
- Experience in federal court and alternative dispute resolution is preferred.
